about me
For the last ten years, I worked in the financial service industry helping organizations grow and stay relevant in our ever-changing world. I have guided financial institutions through their journey in reaching new and untapped markets. From facilitating their strategic growth planning process to implementation. I enjoy working with decision makers as they learn new consumer behaviors and their unique financial needs. As a consultant, I specialize in growing the Latino and immigrant consumer base. The trust of these specific communities can be earned through market adaptation, culturally relevant marketing and grassroots outreach efforts.
As a native of El Salvador, I been a tireless advocate for immigrant communities and their well-being. I bring the most passion to my work because I know what it’s like to navigate through the United States as a newcomer. In my career thus far, I have worked with organizations in over 15 different states, presenting solutions and guiding them through best practice road map. Outside of my career, I enjoy writing and speaking about the development and growth of the Latino community, immigration, and education access.
