Strategic planning

Annual strategic planning helps any organization drive results and hold each other accountable for their progress. My strategic planning facilitation helps teams acknowledge the barriers holding them back from reaching their full potential as a team, department and/or board of directors. Planning for the future should not be tedious, I make our time together exciting and engaging. At the end, the team walks away with a clear idea how each person will contribute to the success of the organization.

consulting & coaching

As a consultant, I work alongside them to implement their strategy and get them a step closer to reaching their goals. I design each team’s consulting materials according to their needs. Through my coaching relationships, I guide staff to build a robust growth strategy and present best practice tactics. Lastly, I facilitate monthly and ongoing consulting meetings with each client organization to successfully implement their growth strategies.

data analytics

Data is important, yet it can be quite overwhelming. I have worked with multiple data platforms and I specialize is compiling the data that matters according the organization’s consumer base. Establishing key performing indicators will ensure we track progress to celebrate the wins and address the missteps.
